1. What is your MOQ?
   Usually, our MOQ is 5000 pcs. However, we accept lower quantities for trial orders. Please let us know how many pieces you need, and we will calculate the cost accordingly. We hope you will place larger orders after checking the quality of our products and experiencing our service.
2. Can I get samples?
   We usually provide existing samples, but there may be a sample fee for custom designs. The sample fee is refundable when the order reaches a certain quantity. We ship samples via FEDEX, UPS, ***, or DHL. If you have a carrier account, we can use it for shipping. Otherwise, you can pay the freight charge to our PayPal account, and we will ship using our account. It usually takes 3-5 days for the samples to reach you.
3. How long is the sample lead time?
   For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. If you want your own designs, it may take 5-7 days, depending on whether new printing screens are needed.
4. How long is the production lead time?
   The production lead time is 30 days for the MOQ. We have a large production capacity, ensuring fast delivery even for large quantities.
5. What file format do you need for my own design?
   You can provide JPG, AI, CDR, or PDF files. Our in-house designer will create a drawing for the mold or printing screen based on your final confirmation.
6. How many colors are available?
   We match colors using the Pantone Matching System. Simply provide us with the Pantone color code you need, and we will match the colors. Alternatively, we can recommend popular colors to you.
7. What is your payment term?
   Our normal payment term is a 30% deposit after the order is signed and 70% against a copy of the B/L. We also accept LC at sight.
